We're Building a Different Kind of Team

Most hiring systems are built to filter resumes.

We're building something else.

The GenAIPI Talent Network exists to identify and assemble exceptional people — people who can think clearly, execute quickly, and create real value in the age of AI.

Some of them are already operating at a high level. Some of them are earlier — but unmistakably capable.

All of them share one thing: they take ownership.

The Standard Is High — On Purpose

Not everyone will be accepted into the network. That's intentional.

We are looking for people who demonstrate:

AI talent matters. But so does business judgment. So does experience. So does resilience. We care about the full picture.

Who We're Looking For

We're not hiring for a single role. We're identifying exceptional people across a range of capabilities who can contribute to GenAIPI and the companies we support.

That also includes outstanding support staff who happen to be great with AI — for example, our CEO is currently looking for an exceptional executive assistant who's comfortable using AI.

That includes people who:

You don't need to fit a perfect category. You do need to stand out.

We're Also Looking for the Outliers

There are people out there who are operating at an unusually high level with AI. They build faster. They think differently. They see what others don't.

If that's you, we want to find you. We want people who can:

Those individuals will be matched with the most complex, high-leverage work we do.

How It Works

  1. Apply — Submit your background, experience, and interests.
  2. Alignment — Complete an assessment that evaluates how you think about AI, responsibility, and execution.
  3. Show Your Work — Share what you've built, tested, or explored.
  4. Challenge — Complete a real-world task that tests your ability to create value.
  5. Evaluation — We assess how you think, communicate, and execute.
  6. Recognition — Top candidates earn GenAIPI credentials that reflect the capabilities they have. This can be displayed on resumes or on LinkedIn as an official credential that helps you stand apart.
  7. Opportunity — Accepted members may be matched to roles, projects, or deployments.

A Pathway for Serious AI Talent

Every applicant enters at a different point. Some are already elite. Others are high-potential and ready to grow. GenAIPI identifies, develops, credentials, and deploys exceptional AI-capable talent.

Level 1 — Verified: GenAIPI Verified Operator

Baseline recognition for people who demonstrate alignment, clear thinking, and early evidence of real AI capability. Best for: high-potential applicants, early builders, business operators, and AI-enabled professionals. Signal: this person is credible, aligned, and ready to keep proving capability.

Level 2 — Certified: GenAIPI Certified Builder / Strategist

Recognition for people who demonstrate real directional capability — either by building useful AI systems or identifying high-leverage AI opportunities. Best for: builders, strategists, operators, and professionals who can already contribute meaningfully. Signal: this person can create practical value with AI.

Level 3 — Operator: GenAIPI Certified Operator

Recognition for people who can bridge strategy and execution. They can think, build, communicate, and move real work forward. Best for: hybrid talent, high-leverage contributors, and people ready to work on real business problems. Signal: this person can operate independently on meaningful AI-enabled work.

Level 4 — Advanced: GenAIPI Advanced Operator

Recognition for proven operators who have demonstrated trusted execution in real-world environments. Best for: client-facing contributors, internal GenAIPI operators, deployed talent, and high-trust project leads. Signal: this person has done the work in real environments.

Level 5 — Leadership: GenAIPI Certified fCAIO (Highest Level)

Recognition for top-tier AI transformation leaders who can help guide organizations at the executive level. Best for: strategic leaders, senior operators, transformation experts, and elite GenAIPI talent. Signal: this person can help lead AI transformation at the company level.

Certification levels are earned through demonstrated capability, alignment, proof-of-work, challenge performance, and real-world trust. Acceptance into the network or certification does not guarantee employment or placement.

Where This Can Lead

Top candidates in the network are considered for real roles such as:

Not Everyone Starts at the Same Level

Some applicants will already be operating at a high level. Others won't be there yet — but will clearly have the capacity to get there.

We are building pathways that allow high-potential individuals to:

If you're serious, there is a path forward. But it requires effort.

What Actually Matters Here

What This Is Not

This is a system designed to surface people who can perform — and help others become capable of performing.

If You're Capable, It Will Be Obvious

We are not looking for perfect people. We are looking for people who can think, execute, learn, and take ownership.

If that's you, apply.

Frequently asked

What is the GenAIPI Talent Network?

The GenAIPI Talent Network exists to identify and assemble exceptional people — people who can think clearly, execute quickly, and create real value in the age of AI. It is not a job board, not a passive community, not a guarantee of work, and not a place to wait and see. It is a system designed to surface people who can perform — and help others become capable of performing.

Who are you looking for?

We are not hiring for a single role. We are identifying exceptional people across a range of capabilities who can contribute to GenAIPI and the companies we support. That includes people who have built real things with AI, understand how businesses actually operate, can work directly with leadership, can execute without constant direction, can sell, communicate, and create opportunity, can organize, support, and move things forward, have failed, learned, and improved, or are earlier — but clearly high potential. You don't need to fit a perfect category. You do need to stand out.

What standard does the Network hold?

The standard is high — on purpose. Not everyone will be accepted. We are looking for sharp thinking, real execution ability, strong communication, personal responsibility, a bias toward action, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment. AI talent matters. But so does business judgment. So does experience. So does resilience. We care about the full picture.

How does the application process work?

There are seven steps. 1) Apply — submit your background, experience, and interests. 2) Alignment — complete an assessment that evaluates how you think about AI, responsibility, and execution. 3) Show Your Work — share what you've built, tested, or explored. 4) Challenge — complete a real-world task that tests your ability to create value. 5) Evaluation — we assess how you think, communicate, and execute. 6) Recognition — top candidates earn GenAIPI credentials that reflect the capabilities they have, which can be displayed on resumes or on LinkedIn as an official credential that helps you stand apart. 7) Opportunity — accepted members may be matched to roles, projects, or deployments.

What are the GenAIPI certification levels?

The Network has a five-level pathway. Level 1 — Verified (GenAIPI Verified Operator) is baseline recognition for high-potential applicants and AI-enabled professionals. Level 2 — Certified (Builder / Strategist) is for people who can already create practical value with AI. Level 3 — Operator is for hybrid talent who can think, build, communicate, and move real work forward. Level 4 — Advanced is for proven operators who have demonstrated trusted execution in real-world environments. Level 5 — Leadership (Certified fCAIO) is the highest level, for top-tier AI transformation leaders. Above the standard pathway is an Elite Tier — a rare designation reserved for the top 1–2% of operators, earned through exceptional capability, judgment, and performance.

Where can being in the Network lead?

Top candidates are considered for real roles such as working directly inside GenAIPI, supporting internal operations and leadership, contributing to client-facing AI transformation work, being deployed into companies as high-leverage operators, participating in project-based builds and initiatives, or being introduced to external opportunities when aligned. Some individuals will grow into trusted operators, high-performing contributors, client-facing leaders, and, in some cases, top-tier fCAIO-level talent. Progression is based on demonstrated capability — not credentials or titles.

What if I'm not at that level yet?

Not everyone starts at the same level. Some applicants are already operating at a high level. Others won't be there yet — but will clearly have the capacity to get there. We are building pathways that allow high-potential individuals to improve quickly, learn how to apply AI in real environments, develop practical capability, and move toward real opportunities over time. If you're serious, there is a path forward. But it requires effort.

Are you also interested in elite, outlier talent?

Yes. There are people out there who are operating at an unusually high level with AI. They build faster. They think differently. They see what others don't. We want people who can push beyond our current thinking, challenge assumptions, build systems we haven't seen yet, and operate at a level that raises the bar for everyone. Those individuals will be matched with the most complex, high-leverage work we do.

What does GenAIPI value most in members?

Ownership over excuses. Action over theory. Clarity over noise. Learning speed over static knowledge. Judgment over blind reliance on AI. Creation over consumption. Responsibility over passivity.

GenAIPI identifies, develops, and deploys talent based on demonstrated capability and alignment. Acceptance into the network does not guarantee placement or employment.
